Refund Policy

Returns and exchanges
Please read item descriptions and choose carefully before purchase. I invite you to contact me with any questions before purchasing - I would be happy to help you with any of your enquiries.

If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:

  • Custom orders: There are strictly NO returns on custom orders as these are made to the buyer’s request. These include custom designs, custom orders with slight changes or different colour requests. I always provide photos of custom pieces for approval before shipping.
  • 'Change of mind': If after receiving your item/s and decide that the item/s don’t go with your dress or outfit that you intended to wear it with that will be considered a ‘change of mind’ and there will be no refunds provided for change of mind.
  • Earrings: Due to hygiene reasons, there are NO returns on earring items.
  • Sale item/s: There are also strictly NO returns on sale item/s.

Damaged items
If the item/s arrive damaged or defective please contact me immediately with photos of the damage/defect after receiving parcel within 5 business days. You will then need to return the item/s in its original packaging at own cost within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs will not be refunded.

Cancellations
To cancel your order please contact me immediately within 24 hours of placing your order. Cancellations will not be accepted if over 24 hours notice.

Shipping
Should you require to return your product please contact me.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
