Shipping Policy

Free standard shipping is available within Australia for total online order amount greater than $60 AUD.

Free express shipping is available within Australia for total online order amount greater than $199 AUD.

Shipping is provided by Australia Post.

PROCESSING TIMES
All orders require 1-3 business days processing.

Buyers who need items for a particular event such as your wedding, I highly recommend you purchase 40 business days before your event. I want to make sure your items arrive with extra time before your special day.

When placing your order please check that you enter your full postal address. If the mailing address is incorrect your order may get returned to sender and you will be made responsible for postage costs to resend to the correct address. This will cause delays in you receiving your item/s in a timely fashion.

AUSTRALIAN DOMESTIC BUYERS
All items will be shipped via Australia Post once payment has been cleared.

• Standard Post
  Parcels will be sent by Standard Post which takes 2-5 business days costs $8 AUD. All parcels come with tracking number. Standard Post parcels may be left at your door if no one is home to accept it.
• Registered Post
  To avoid parcels being left unattended or lost, it is highly recommended that you upgrade to Registered Post with Signature on Delivery. It costs $10 AUD and parcels will only be delivered upon your signature or be redirected to your local post office.
• Express Post
  If you require urgent delivery please upgrade to Express Post before checkout for $13 AUD. Express Post is guaranteed next business day delivery, not including processing time.
• Rush Orders
  If you need an item in a hurry please contact me directly. We would need to discuss if it's possible, taking into account shipping times, availability of materials, time to make the order etc. Please note a rush order fee may apply.
